At the July 8 LHENA Zoning & Planning meeting, BKV Group presented a preliminary development plan for 1301 W Lake St (currently the vacant parking lot next to [fmr] Calhoun Square, technically in the South Uptown neighborhood). This project plan is in the early stages and they don't yet have site plan renderings, but will be taking feedback from our community into consideration.
