LHENA believes housing stability for residents is vital for a healthy neighborhood. We have partnered with the Conflict Resolution Center to provide free mediation and conflict coaching services for neighborhood residents and landlords.

If you are a renter with changes in income and health that affect your ability to pay rent, have a conflict with neighbors that affects your quality of life, or have repair or maintenance needs, mediation or conflict coaching skills may help. For landlords, mediation can help with building rapport with tenants, reducing the cost of turnover, and avoiding housing court.
