Community Development Committee
The Community Development Committee (formerly Zoning & Planning) provides a forum to share information and discuss land use, development, infrastructure improvements, and transportation affecting the Wedge neighborhood; as an advisory body, it often makes recommendations on these issues to the LHENA Board and City of Minneapolis.

The Wedge Development Vision |
After several months of community engagement, LHENA's Community Development Committee created a Development Vision, consisting of four core priorities which helps guide neighborhood conversation around development and infrastructure. LHENA Community Development Committee meetings are open to the public, but voting is limited to LHENA Members (residents, business owners, and property owners within neighborhood borders of Lyndale, Lake, & Hennepin). Proof of residence may be required to vote.
