LHENA Renters Sub-Committee
The mission of the Renters Sub-Committee is to connect and empower renters through information and resource sharing, and community-building social programs. The Renters Sub-Committee currently operates in conjunction with the Community Life & Safety (CLS) Committee. CLS meets every fourth Wednesday of the month at the LHENA office space.

Tenant/Landlord Conflict Resolution
LHENA is committed to promoting housing stability for our residents and has partnered with the Conflict Resolution Center to provide free mediation and conflict coaching services for neighborhood residents and landlords.

Organics Recycling Programs
Community Organics Recycling Drop-off
LHENA operates an organics recycling drop-off program, a free service for neighbors. Current sites include The Wedge Co-op and The Wedge Table. Sign up and learn more at the LHENA Organics Website
In another effort to help renters plug into the city's organics recycling program, LHENA has developed a pilot program that matches homeowners who have organics bins, with renters who do not have access to bins. Compost Buddies Website
Free Tenant Legal Support
Solve your own rental housing issues via the free and low-cost legal, organizing, education, and advocacy services of HOME Line. They work to improve public and private policies relating to rental housing by involving affected tenants in the process. HOME Line's Website
