Twin Cities Solar Co-op

Join the Twin Cities Solar Co-op

Interested in rooftop solar? For a limited time, Lowry Hill East property owners may be able to save on upfront costs and access additional financial support from the neighborhood!

Solar United Neighbors with LHENA as a partner has launched the Twin Cities Solar Co-op to help Minneapolis homeowners get rooftop solar.

The solar co-op is neighbors joining together to get the best price and service from a solar installer, tap into the expertise at Solar United Neighbors, and to support each other through the process. Solar United Neighbors is a non-profit that has done over 250 solar co-ops around the country helping over 5,000 people go solar. The co-op will help members access incentives to go solar through the city of Minneapolis’s Green Cost Share program. Homeowners who are lower income and qualify for LIHEAP assistance have access to substantial incentives.

Questions? Contact Bobby King at Solar United Neighbors at 612-293-7267 or [email protected] for more information.

More information can also be found at the Twin Cities Region Solar Co-op Website.

The co-op closes to new members on March 1, 2021.
