Housing Mediation for Lowry Hill East Residents/Landlords
LHENA is committed to promoting housing stability for our residents and has partnered with the Conflict Resolution Center to provide free mediation and conflict coaching services for neighborhood residents and landlords. If you are a renter experiencing changes in income and health that affect your ability to pay rent, have a conflict with your neighbors that affects the quality of life in your home, or have repair or maintenance issues mediation or conflict coaching skills may help. If you are a landlord, mediation services can help build rapport between you and tenants, reduces the costs of turnover, and is a less costly alternative to housing court.
84% of housing mediation ends in agreement and 90% of parties report satisfaction with the process.
