The LHENA Community Development Committee recently conducted a neighborhood survey to gather input from Wedge community members regarding the City of Minneapolis' Hennepin Avenue South reconstruction project proposal. Open for public comment between January 12-24, the survey received 76 survey responses and four separate letters from community businesses and organizations; 36% of respondents are business owners. The impact of reconstruction to Hennepin Avenue South inspired diverse opinions about the proposed design and ideas about what will make it successful. A summary of the results and all public comments can be found in the attachments below.
