Phillips West Neighborhood Organization (PWNO) is hosting a renters rights training program in June. The program will consist of a small cohort of renters who meet four times over the month of June. We will cover leases, navigating common rental issues, and building power with your neighbors.

The Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) operates an emergency relief fund for renters across all of Minneapolis called the Renter Support Fund (RSF). Renters who are struggling to pay bills and make their rent are encouraged to apply, the minimum amount you can receive is $450. 

LHENA is a partner to the RSF and a set amount of funds are set aside to be given to renters who live in the Wedge. To learn more and apply: Renter Support Fund



Renter Support Fund 

​​Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association operates a Renter Support Fund. Renters who are struggling to make ends meet can apply to the fund. You do not need to live in Powderhorn to qualify for the program, LHENA is a participating partner in the RSF.

LHENA believes housing stability for residents is vital for a healthy neighborhood. We have partnered with the Conflict Resolution Center to provide free mediation and conflict coaching services for neighborhood residents and landlords.
