posted: 5/15/2025 Phillips West Neighborhood Organization (PWNO) is hosting a renters rights training program in June. The program will consist of a small cohort of renters who meet four times over the month of June. We will cover leases, navigating common rental issues, and building power with your neighbors. For those interested in participating, please fill out this form Of Ongoing Interest: The Powderhorn Park Neighborhood Association (PPNA) operates an emergency relief fund for renters across all of Minneapolis called the Renter Support Fund (RSF). Renters who are struggling to pay bills and make their rent are encouraged to apply, the minimum amount you can receive is $450. LHENA is a partner to the RSF and a set amount of funds are set aside to be given to renters who live in the Wedge. To learn more and apply: Renter Support Fund |
