1936 Lyndale Ave Redevelopment Update

Vision Loss Resources has sold its parcels at Franklin Ave & Lyndale Ave and will be relocating. Architects from ESG presented initial redevelopment concepts for the site at our October Zoning & Planning meeting and will return this Monday, December 16th, 6:30 at 2744 Lyndale Ave S. to provide updates to their plans. There will be an opportunity for neighbors to ask questions and provide meaningful feedback.

Concept basics:

• 242 dwelling units with +/-6500 sq. feet of retail at the corner of Franklin and Lyndale.
• All 277 parking stalls will be enclosed.
• Height varies from 6 to 8 stories, following the topography of the site.
